Being Bold with Kiaya White
Kiaya White_Headshot.png

We are so pumped to share this conversation with Kiaya White of Black and Bold. We had the honor of talking to Kiaya about her business, racial battle fatigue, relationships, and making dope stuff. Recording this episode was so life giving and we hope you enjoy it so much that you buy some of Kiaya's merch and go make some cool shit of your own.

These are a few of her favorite things:

Kiaya White is the creator of Black and Bold streetwear to empower Black folks. She is getting her Masters in Student Affairs in Higher Education. When she has free time, she loves cuddling up to her fiancé Jason and binge watch Law & Order SVU while sipping Hennesy with light ice.

You can find her at and on Instagram: BlackandBold_ and @iamkiaya.

Sexy Dance Healing
The Bob's Burgers episode is here! Alright!

The Bob's Burgers episode is here! Alright!

Amma has been waiting patiently for this day. We dedicated a whole episode to Bob's Burgers, specifically the episode "Sexy Dance Healing" (S06E08). Even if you don't watch the show, we think you'll relate. In this episode, Bob loses his mojo for coming up with creative burger combinations. He enlists the help of his hippy-dippy neighbor, Jairo to help him snap back into it.

We've all been there, in a creativity dry spell. Sometimes we do drastic or uncharacteristic things to get our groove back and we talk about this during the episode. Enjoy!
